RushGig is a neutral venue only

RushGig is a listing and connection platform. RushGig does not provide moving services, labor services, transportation, storage, packing, insurance, or supervision.

RushGig does not employ, contract with, supervise, endorse, background-check, vet, train, control, or guarantee any mover, poster, customer, student, or other user. Any person who responds to or performs a gig is an independent third party, not an employee, contractor, agent, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, or representative of RushGig or its owner.

What the posting fee buys

The RushGig posting fee is $25 and buys only the ability to create a listing and be connected with potential independent third-party movers. It does not buy a completed move, guaranteed labor, guaranteed arrival, a minimum response count, a successful match, any particular quality of work, or any particular outcome.

This $25 covers the listing only. Posters pay movers directly in cash or the mover's own payment app, on terms the poster and mover decide between themselves. RushGig does not hold funds in escrow, process mover wages, set mover pay, guarantee payment, or hire anyone to cover a job.

Users are responsible for each other

Every user uses RushGig at their own risk. Posters and movers are solely responsible for deciding whether to communicate, meet, transact, enter a home, handle property, lift items, drive, or perform any other activity.

Users are solely responsible for screening, identity checks, references, safety precautions, move details, equipment, insurance, taxes, wage obligations, permits, and payment arrangements. RushGig does not verify that any user is qualified, trustworthy, insured, licensed, legally allowed to work, or able to complete a move.

No warranties; service provided as-is

RushGig is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RushGig disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, reliability, safety, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Limits on claims

Use of RushGig is subject to the Liability Release, Assumption of Risk, Indemnification, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy linked in the site footer and incorporated into these Terms. By using RushGig, joining a waitlist, posting a job, responding to a gig, or starting checkout, you agree to those documents and to the maximum liability cap described there.
